Chula Unisearch, Chulalongkorn University would like to remind you about the end of working for this semester. According to the information we gave you when we had a meeting last November, we asked you to work until March 15, 2018, and come back to school on May 16, 2018. We would like to confirm this with everyone so that we will pay you for the whole month of May legally.

However, if you have a necessity to leave school earlier than March 15, 2018, please discuss with the school. If the school approves, you must inform Chula of the dates to leave and to come back. For example, you may leave school on March 7, 2018 and return to school on May 8, 2018.

We already talked about this with all coordinators. Therefore, if you plan to book flight ahead of time, we recommend you to follow the mentioned procedure in order to avoid any problems.
